Ensemble, ils forment la base d\u2019une IA centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain, une intelligence non seulement performante mais aussi empathique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Le design thinking commence par une compr\u00e9hension profonde des utilisateurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019empathie et \u00e0 l\u2019observation, on obtient des insights pr\u00e9cieux, qui servent de fondement au d\u00e9veloppement de solutions innovantes. Ces solutions sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re it\u00e9rative, test\u00e9es et continuellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, avec pour objectif d\u2019apporter un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice r\u00e9el \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Le machine learning vient enrichir ce processus en identifiant des sch\u00e9mas dans de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, en formulant des pr\u00e9dictions et en soutenant la prise de d\u00e9cision. Mais sans la perspective humaine, le risque est grand que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des v\u00e9ritables besoins des utilisateurs, voire qu\u2019ils aient des effets ind\u00e9sirables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">L\u2019IA centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain r\u00e9unit le meilleur des deux mondes.
